Bespoke Service
A bespoke service is offered for those ladies requiring couture individuality; working with you to establish exactly the style and design of your headpiece. Where possible I aim to meet with the client, however, for those with a hectic lifestyle or where distance is a problem, 'virtual' consultations can still be arranged with the wonders of today's technology.
The commissioning of a bespoke piece ensures its uniqueness. The aim is to create a head piece that reflects your own personality, dress and style. Bespoke creations ensure a perfect fit, being hand blocked using quality materials and trimmed exquisitely in line with your wishes. I also offer a bespoke dying service
to ensure the best possible colour match for your headpiece to your dress , shoes & handbag.
During the initial consultation, we discuss your requirements and select the right shape and style for the piece. You're encouraged to bring any ideas, images, outfit and any fabrics along to ensure complete satisfaction with the end result.
Following the consultation and agreement of the initial design, a non refundable deposit is required. All hats and headpieces are of the highest quality and each one is handmade to the customers own requirements. For this reason I am unable to accept returns or issue refunds on bespoke items once production has commenced. Dependent upon the complexity of the piece, your creation can take between 2-4 weeks to make. Upon completion, the balance will be payable before collection/delivery may take place.
