We take pride in the quality of our products and our policy is to ensure that all products supplied reach you in perfect condition, if for any reason the product does not meet your expectations , we are happy to offer an exchange or refund where possible, provided items are returned to Jayne Alison Millinery within 7 days of receipt and meet the requirements below. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on products that are made to order or customised. All returns must be in perfect condition and complete with their original labels still attached. We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn, marked or damaged or that are not in their undamaged original packaging. Items will be returned at your own cost, in order to help us deal with your return request please email us within 24hrs of receipt and we will send you a returns form , please complete the returns form in full and include it with the goods.
We of course make every effort to ensure that the colours you see on your screen are as close a match as possible to the actual Hats/Headpieces. Unfortunately every computer screen is different and as such discrepancies can occasionally occur. For this reason we cannot guarantee colours on this website.
